Qualifications :

  • Candidates should be graduating with bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or IT, science, or computer applications, or a master's degree in computer applications or marketing and communications can apply.
  • Candidates should graduated in 2020, 2021, 2022 passouts.
  • Candidates should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates should have good analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Candidates should have ability to communicate and present ideas in a user-friendly way.
  • Candidates should be focused on delivering remarkable and consistent customer experience.
  • Candidates should be motivated and comfortable working in a team.
  • Candidates should have the ability and willingness to learn, adopt, and practice Red Hat Values and Competencies.
  • Candidates should have Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) certification.
  • Candidates should have basic understanding of Linux, Containers, Kubernetes and open source.
  • Candidates should have basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking and UNIX services and concepts.

Job Role :

  • Candidates should provide technical support to Red Hat enterprise customers.
  • Candidates should work with Red Hat enterprise customers across the globe on 24x7 basis that requires one to work in different shifts periodically.
  • Candidates should diagnose problems, troubleshoot customer issues, and develop solutions to technical issues.
  • Candidates should exceed customer expectations by providing outstanding customer service.
  • Candidates should consult and develop relationships with in-house engineers and developers to promote creative solutions and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Candidates should contribute to the global Red Hat knowledge management system while working on customer issues.
  • Candidates should collaborate with engineering, product management, and support management teams to prioritize customer requests.
  • Candidates should support Red Hat's global customers on technical issues through phone, chat, or remote access tools.
